This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners herein/legal heirs of deceased, instead of deceased S.Ravi, who is 2nd respondent in the above Crl.O.P.

2. Mr.S.Shankar, learned counsel for petitioners would submit that the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant died on 03.12.2021. Hence, he filed the above petition to implead his legal heirs.

3. Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection for allowing this petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and to substitute the petitioners herein/ legal heirs of deceased as respondents 3 to 5, instead of deceased S.Ravi, who is 2nd respondent in the above Crl.O.P.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 08.03.2024.
