This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif, Dharmapuri to dispose of O.S.No.239 of 2018 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. In view of limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same, even without notice to respondents.

3. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration. The suit is of the year 2018. On a perusal of the adjudication furnished in the typed set of papers, it is seen that the suit was posted for recording evidence on 23.08.2021 and thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the trial.

4. Since there is no substantial progress in the case and the suit is of the year 2018 and it was posted for recording evidence, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. In view of the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
