ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 2nd respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the influence of the respondents 3 to 6.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that as on date there is neither any complaint nor any petition enquiry pending against the petitioner. On the complaint, dated 26.06.2022, given by the petitioner against one Nesamani, enquiry is pending in CSR No.661 of 2022.

4. In such view of the matter, the question of harassment will not arise.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 26.09.2022 mrp To
