This petition has been filed seeking to call for records retaining in Crime No.39 of 2016, Inspector of Police, Team.3, EDF.II Wing, CCB, Chennai and quash the same. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed in C.C.No.6043 of 2018 before the Special Court for CCB Cases, Egmore. Subsequently, this was challenged before this Court and this Court has granted stay of proceedings in Crl.O.P.No.8592 of 2019.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
