O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant by an order dated 08.04.2021 issued by the learned VII Additional Family Court at Chennai in MP.No.247 of 2016 in MC.No.135 of 2009.

2. The petitioner is the wife and filed the petition for maintenance against the second respondent in MC.No.135 of 2009 on the file of VII Additional Family Court, Chennai. The Trial Court ordered monthly maintenance for a sum of Rs.5,000/- by an order dated 13.12.2013 payable by the second respondent. However the second respondent failed to comply the same and therefore the Trial court issued NBW as against the second respondent on 08.04.2021. The NBW is pending on the file of the first respondent. Till date, the first respondent failed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued as against the second respondent in M.P.No.247 of 2016 in M.C.No.135 of 2009 on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the petitioner is directed to furnish the correct address of the second respondent and co-operate with the first respondent while executing the Non-Bailable Warrant.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
