This petition has been filed to modify the condition 6(b) imposed under the order dated 04.08.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.18383 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the conditions imposed by this Court are usual conditions.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
