ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated

13.05.2024 to take appropriate action against the second respondent including initiation of disciplinary proceedings.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and also after giving an opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
