As per the submission of the learned Counsel for the Appellant, he had fairly conceded that the Appellant had not complied with the conditional order passed by this Court while admitting the Appeal in C.M.P.No.21094 of 2024 in A.S.No.662 of 2024 by depositing Rs.5,00,000/-.

2. When the case came up for hearing on 25.10.2024, on which date, this Court had granted time making it clear that if within the extended time, if the amount is not deposited, the stay already granted by this Court as per order dated 26.09.2024 will be vacated.

2. As per the remarks offered by the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu in letter in D.No.5814/OSBC/2024 dated 12.11.2024, no amount is available on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu in O.S.No.328 of 2018.

3. Considering the fact that the Appellant had not complied with the 1/3

orders passed by this Court, the stay granted by this Court as per order dated 26.09.2024 is vacated.
