O R D E R
This Writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to return the refundable deposit amount of Rs.3000/- for library and also the AIR cafe fee of Rs.6000/- for the year 2021 to 2023 to the petitioner, by considering his representation dated 07.07.2024.
2. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

The case of the petitioner is that, he pursued Law Degree in the respondent university during the year 2018 to 2023 and he is currently practicing as an Advocate and while joining the course, the petitioner paid around Rs.88,535/- which includes refundable deposit for Library Rs.3,000/- and he also paid a sum of Rs.3,000/- towards All India Reporter Cafe fee for every academic year i.e., from 2019 till 2023. While so, after 2020, the AIR cafe was stopped and also access to the AIR Cafe was also denied to the 2/5
petitioner and other students without any prior intimation Even then, the 2nd respondent continued to collect AIR Cafe fee of Rs.3,000/- every year. When the AIR Cafe program was not restored till the petitioner completed his course and when he was not given access to the AIR Cafe, collecting fee towards the same is not sustainable. Thereby, the petitioner made a representation dated 07.07.2024 to the respondents seeking to return the refundable deposit amount for library i.e, Rs.3,000/- and also the AIR Cafe fee amount of Rs.3,000/- collected during the year 2021 to 2023, which evoked no response. Hence, this Writ petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2024 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 3/5
dated 07.07.2024 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved persons, if any.
6. Accordingly, this Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 29.08.2024 skt NCC : Yes/ No Speaking Order : Yes/ No Index : Yes/ No To 1.
