This petition is filed to quash the complaint filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

2. On a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that there are prima facie materials against the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the petition. In the result, this petition is dismissed.

3. However, considering the nature of allegations and the relationship between the parties, the appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court is dispensed with and they are directed to appear before the Trial Court when their presence is necessary. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
