..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd Respondent herein to dispose the proceedings which is pending before the 3rd respondent dated 28.08.2019 in D.R. No 3929 of 2019 in Na.Ka. A7 / 3768 / 2019 based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2020 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd Respondent herein to dispose the proceedings which is pending before the 3rd respondent dated 28.08.2019 in D.R. No 3929 of 2019 in Na.Ka. A7 / 3768 / 2019, based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2020 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 4th respondent illegally cancelled the patta which was issued in favour of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. In this regard the petitioner had

given a representation to the 2nd respondent on 14.08.2019 and the said authority has forwarded the same to the 3rd respondent for necessary action. But no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent till date. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the 3rd respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated period.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the respondents 5 to 7 and also affording due opportunity of hearing to them as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
