This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 01.08.2019 passed by the fourth respondent thereby rejected the request made by the petitioner to conduct weekly shandy in old ward No.9, new ward No.15, Angalamman Koil Street, Town Panchayat of the Tiruunintravar.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to with draw the writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

Considering the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
