ORDER

The Official Liquidator had filed report dated 10.07.2025 stating that lands of the extent of 5.57 acres in the aggregate in Seelaiyampatti project Max-Kottur are classified as 'Panchami lands' in Government records. Upon verification, learned Administrator confirms that the said lands are classified in the revenue records as 'Panchami lands'. In view thereof, proceedings for the sale of such lands cannot be initiated and the said lands are liable to be excluded from lands of the company in provisional liquidation. Recording the same, this application is closed.
