This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of Crime No.143 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.Avinash Watwani, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned Government Advocate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(crl.side) for the first respondent and Mr.R.Chandrashekar/R2 appeared as party-in-person.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case was closed as mistake of fact and RCS notice also served on the defacto complainant. He further submitted that the defacto complainant has also filed protest petition.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
