ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the property comprised in Old Survey No.554/10, New Survey No.52A1A at Door No.151, First Street, Sarkar Kannadi Puthur Village, Madathukulam, Madathukulam Taluk, Thiruppur District, by considering her representation dated 23.06.2023.
2. Heard both sides. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, the above mentioned property was belonged to her and she purchased the same by sale deed dated 29.04.2021.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that patta was issued to the above mentioned property for lesser extent. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 23.06.2023, seeking survey of the land with reference to the title document and rectification of the revenue records with regard to the discrepancy in the extent. The same has not been considered by the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
5. The learned Special Government Pleader who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits within a time fixed by this Court.
6. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and Page No.3 of 6
