This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.42 of 2017 on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that in the case in Crime No.42 of 2017, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magstrate, Rasipuram, Salem on 05.07.2018 being taken on file in C.C. No.112 of 2018. Further, the matter has been posted for next hearing on 20.07.2021.
