By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 3 to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property comprised in Survey No.32/7, 32/8, now as per new Town Survey Land Register ["TSLR"] 2, 7/1, 7/2, approximately measuring an extent of 54.2 cents, situated at Ariyakavudampatti Village, Suramangalam Sub Register, Salem West Taluk, Salem District, by considering petitioner's representation dated February 2025, 29.03.2025 and 21.05.2025.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner acquired the subject land comprised in Survey No.32/7, 32/8, now as per new Town Survey Land Register ["TSLR"] 2, 7/1, 7/2, measuring an extent of 54.2 cents approximately, situated Ariyakavudampatti Village, Suramangalam Sub-Register, Salem West Taluk, Salem District, vide Release Deed dated 20.12.2021 in Document No.8620 of 2021 and Settlement Deed dated 20.12.2021 in Document No.8618 of 2021, registered at the Sub Registrar Office, Suramangalam.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in order to have a clear boundary of the site, the petitioner submitted an online application dated February 2025, 29.03.2025 and 21.05.2025, seeking survey demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioner's property and had paid necessary charges. Since the petitioner's applications were not considered by the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4. At the outset it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that, they would consider the petitioner's online applications and carry out a survey, demarcate the subject property and complete the process within a
time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated February 2025, 29.03.2025 and 21.05.2025 and carry out survey and measure the petitioner's land and pass appropriate orders after putting the petitioner, adjacent land owners and any other interested parties/rival claimants, if any, on notice within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of uploading of web copy of the order without waiting for the receipt of certified copy. If any police protection is required, the same shall be requested before the jurisdictional Police Station for conducting the survey. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondents to consider the case on its own merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
