ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.11.2015. 2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint on 30.11.2015 against one Rajendran, Dilipkumar and one Naseer on the allegation of trespassing into the petitioner's property. Since the first respondent has not registered the complaint, she has filed the present criminal original petition.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.11.2015, a case was already registered in Crime No.14 of 2016 for the offences https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

punishable under Sections 448, 427, 294(b), 323, 380, 506(ii) of IPC and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Harassment of Women Act and the same is under investigation.

4.Since a case was already registered on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
