This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.316 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 143, 188, 341, 285 IPC r/w 7(1) (a) of CLA Act, 2005, pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District and to quash the same.

2. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the accused in C.C.No.316 of 2017 was acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Chidambaram by the judgment dated 24.01.2023.
