ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the 5th respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2023 and issue license to run the piggery farm in the petitioner's property in S.Nos.188/1 and 188/2 situated at A.Irayamangalam Post, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth and fifth respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.12.2023 and conduct enquiry and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter party/objectors if any, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
