By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition in Na.Ka.No.2118 of 2015 pending on the file
of the first respondent namely, the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
3.Though very many contentions have been raised in this petition in detail, at the time of making submissions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the first respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition which is pending for a long time, that would suffice.
4.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
5.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court feels that there is no need to deal with the entire averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition in Na.Ka.No.2118 of 2015, filed by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
