Petitioner is called absent 2.The prayer is as against the seat matrix issued by the 1st respondent i.e. the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Services, Government of Puducherry, on 19.07.2019. 3.The petitioner specifically challenges the vertical reservation allotted to the BCM category instead of to the EBC category. As a consequence of the prayer, she would seek a direction to R2 i.e., the convener of the CENTAC 2019-20 to cancel the seat allotment made in favour of the 4th respondent, a private candidate and allotment of his seat to herunder EBC category in the 3rd respondent College i.e., Indira Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Puducherry. 4.Notice of motion was issued on 28.08.2019 and the matter has not come up thereafter. In my view, nothing survives in this matter as on date and recording the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
