This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.447 of 2019 pending on the file of the first respondent-Police.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is a History Sheeter and that there are 14 cases pending against him. He further submitted that investigation in Crime No.447 of 2019 is over and charge-sheet will be filed shortly.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent/Police is directed to file the final report in Crime No.447 of 2019 before the competent Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
