O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirukoilur, to dispose of CC.No.572 of 2014 in Crime No.375 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been arrayed as accused in Crime No.375 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC and charge sheet has been filed, which has been taken on file in CC.NO.572 of 2014. He further submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he is nothing to do with the alleged offence and this case is of the year 2014. Hence, he prays for a direction to dispose of of C.C.No.572 of 2014 within a stipulated time.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, since this case is of the year 2014, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur, is directed to dispose of CC.No.572 of 2014 in Crime No.375 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
