Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ABDUL BASITH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19886 of 2021 on 26.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the first petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly twice i.e. 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
