PRAYER: This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section 401 of Cr.P.C., against the order made in Crl.M.P.No.80 of 2015, dated 08.08.2016, on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur and to direct the Lower Court to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.80 of 2015.

O R D E R

The revision petitioner is the defacto complainant, he appears to have filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.80 of 2015, before the Court of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur, under Section 408 (1 & 2) of Cr.P.C r/w Section 14(1) and (3) of the Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) (Amendment) Ordinance 2014, for transfer of the case in P.R.C.No.19 of 2009 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur to the Sub-Court, Perambalur. The said petition was dismissed for default. Against the same, he has filed the Criminal Revision Case before this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would contend that PRC.No.19 of 2009, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur was committed to the learned Special Judge for SC/ST Special Court and renumbered as Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2018 and the matter was posted for trial. Hence, there is nothing survives in this case.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case stands closed.
