ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.11.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 294(B), 323, 324, 341, 342, 363, 506(ii) of IPC, subsequently altered to offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 341, 364(A), 365, 330, 348, 346, 342 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.503 of 2021, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and other accused are alleged to have kidnapped the defacto complainant's son and also abused and assaulted him and caused criminal intimidation. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents and a false case has been foisted against them out of political vengeance. Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioners. Hence, as they were in Judicial Custody from 17.11.2021. 4.The learned Government Advocate would submits that the petitioners have committed heinous crime and has political influence and the investigation is at initial stage and if the petitioners are released on bail, they would threaten the defacto complainant. Furthermore, some of the accused were still absconding. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations against the petitioners and also taking note of the fact that the investigation is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
