Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.R.C.NO.281 of 2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.GURUPRASAD Advocate for the Petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 06.05.2021 made in Crl.M.P No.5725 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.281 of 2021.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is aged about 65 years and due to his old age and poor financial condition on account of covid, he is unable to deposit the amount.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.This court by order dated 06.05.2021 had directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.5875 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Bhavani within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not inclined to modify the condition in view of the fact that the cheque amount involved in this case is Rs.14 lakhs. However, time is further extended by four weeks to comply with the order dated 06.05.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.5725 of 2021.With the above direction, the petition is closed. -sd/- 08/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
