This Criminal Original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2666 of 2012 on the file of the fourth respondent Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch (Team III) to the Superintendent of Police, CBCID Head Quarters, Guindy, Chennai, the 5th respondent herein.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and Mr.E.Rajthilak, Counsel for Government, (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has also agreed to the said fact.
