The Trial Court Judge in his request letter, has stated that there are three more witnesses yet to be examined and hence, sought for extension of time of six months to complete the trial.

2. Taking note of the request of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Tiruvannamalai, time is extended by six months from today.

3. The Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Tiruvannamalai is directed to complete the trial within the time and report to the Registry.
