This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner seeking to to set-aside the order made in M.C.No.3 of 2013 dated 12.04.2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi and to enhance the compensation from Rs.5,000/- to Rs.50,000/- and to allow this Criminal Revision Case.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent / husband submitted that in I.A.No.48 of 2016 in HMOP No.148 of 2016 on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Avinashi, the respondent is paying a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) in total, every month, towards maintenance of the petitioners.

3. The above statement is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. In such view of the matter, leaving it open to the parties to get along with the said HMOP, this Criminal Revision https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Case stands closed. Needless to point out that, pending disposal of the HMOP, the said sum of Rs.10,000/- be paid by the respondent without any default on or before 5th of every English Calender Month.
