Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the Fourth Respondent issued in Mu.Mu.No. 9988/Na.O.Sa.(3)/2020 dated 08.07.2020 and the consequential order of the Fifth Respondent issued in Na.Ka.No. 1023/2020/C1, dated 11.10.2021 and quash the same and consequently to direct the Fourth Respondent to sanction and settle the retirement benefits of Pension, Commutation of Pension and DCRG amount to the Petitioner, based on the proposals submitted by the Commissioner, Thenkasi Municipality in her letter ROC.No. C1/1023/2020 dated 07.09.2020, along with interest, as admissible as under the Government Rules.
