This petition is filed to condone the delay of 115 days in preferring the criminal appeal against the judgment in Spl.S.C.No.45 of 2020 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objection in condoning the delay.

3.In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this petition stands ordered.
