Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in O.A.No.23 of 2022 on the file of the Armed Force Tribunal at Chennai and quash the order passed by the learned Armed Force Tribunal in order dated 13.03.2023 and to release the Army Pension along with the service pension for DSC to the petitioner from the date of discharge from Army and date of retirement from DSC respectively together with 12% interest.
