ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was relieved from service and he has joined duty in the said transferred place.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has placed the proceeding No.AEE/ O / MHPH / BSR / F1 / D.424 / 2022 dated 05.01.2022, passed by the Assistant Executive Engineer, Operation, Micro Hydel Power House, Bhavanisagar, to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
