This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned III Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai, to expedite the hearing in M.C.No. 519 of 2016 and complete the same within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned III Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai, to expedite the hearing in M.C.No. 519 of 2016 and complete the same on or before 31.03.2022.
