ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to disburse and pay the petitioner subsistence allowance and dearness allowance in pursuance to the order of the second respondent dated 09.11.2020.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was suspended in the year 2020. However, no subsistence allowance has been paid to the petitioner. In this regard he has given several representations to the respondents and the last representation has been made on 21.07.2023. But the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. In such view of the matter, the second respondent is directed to 2/4

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2023 and pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner as per Rules within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
