This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 93 days in presenting the above appeal.
2.Mr.G.Vasudevan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is required to serve typed set of papers on the learned counsel for the 2nd Respondent.
3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 93 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimants/petitioners will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 93 days, in the appeal.
4.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.
5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
6.Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
