Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to remove the encroachments made in the road running from Anandayee Temple to Andikuttai Tar Road, for a length of around 2 kilo metres, situated in Mangalapuram Village Panchayat in Namagiripettai Panchayat Union, Rasipuram Taluk in Namakkal District, for carrying out the work of laying Tar Road to a width of 3.75 Mts out of 10 Mts Mutt Road, as per the scheme of NABARD RIDF-XXI 2015-2016 up to KM1/915, by considering the petitioner's representations dt. 26.8.2016 and 08.09.2016. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned Additional Government Pleader on the basis of the counter-affidavit filed by respondent No.1 states that all encroachers on the road have been issued notices and clarifies https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on some apprehension expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that if some one is left out, they will also be issued the notices after verification, within fifteen days.

2. We direct the proceedings to be concluded within a maximum period of three months from today and action in accordance with law taken.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
