This application has been filed to condone the delay of 483 days to file an application to set aside the order passed by this Court on 23.03.2022 in the O.P.No.812 of 1998, which was dismissed for non prosecution and restore the Original Petition in O.P.No.812 of 1998.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned 4.The learned counsel appearing for the applicant is permitted to file an application to set aside the order passed by this Court on 23.03.2022 in the said O.P.
