O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 8 (b) direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.9,30,000/- (Rs.Nine Lakhs and thirty thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.317 of 2025 and shall produce the proof of payment before the learned Magistrate concerned at the time of executing the sureties. The learned concerned Magistrate shall deposit the same in the interest 1/4

bearing fixed deposit scheme in any one of the nationalized banks.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19242 of 2025 on 07.07.2025 with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit deposit a sum of Rs.9,30,000/- (Rs.Nine Lakhs and thirty thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.317 of 2025 and shall produce the proof of payment before the learned Magistrate concerned at the time of executing the sureties. The learned concerned Magistrate shall deposit the same in the interest bearing fixed deposit scheme in any one of the nationalized banks. He would further submit that the petitioner is herein had already parted and lost his savings amounting to Rs.8,50,000/- along with his Innova Car, worth Rs.15 Lakhs and at present is suffering financially due to the illegal acts and omission of the de-facto complainant and the petitioner had no means to deposit further amount of Rs.9,30,000/- as per the court order dated 07.07.2025. Hence, he seeks for modification of the above said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain in this 2/4

petition seeking modification.
