This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to act upon the complaint given by the petitioner on 01.06.2023 and to take action against the 5th respondent. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in Current Paper No.43 of 2023 and it was closed as civil in nature on 31.07.2023.

In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. It is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy by filing an application under Section 156(3) before the concerned Magistrate Court and proceed further in accordance with law. 2/5

This Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
