O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.27 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard Mr.T.Arul, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that investigation has been completed and the draft final report is also ready.

4. In view of the fact that the investigation has been completed by the first respondent and the draft final report is also ready to be filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders for the present in this petition.

5. The first respondent is directed to file the final report within a 2/4

period of four (4) weeks before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court. If ultimately, learned Judicial Magistrate takes cognizance and summon is issued to the petitioners, it will be left open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in accordance with law.
