O R D E R

The above matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In the first page the top of the fifth line is reads as follows: "O.P.No.255 of 2022"

The said page in fifth line shall stand replaced as: "O.P.No.225 of 2022"

3. Paragraph 6 of the order dated 23.08.2024 in O.P.No.225 of 2022, the middle portion is reads that;

"......and thereafter, the petitioner along with fourth respondent has filed a joint compromise memo for allowing the probate."

The said sentence in paragraph 6 shall stand replaced as: "......and thereafter, the petitioner along with fourth respondent has filed a joint compromise memo for allowing the Letters of Administration."

4. Paragraph 7 of the order dated 23.08.2024 in O.P.No.225 of 2022, is reads that;

"7. Compromise memo will form the part and parcel of the probate. No costs."

The said sentence in paragraph 7 shall stand replaced as: "7. Accordingly, this Original Petition Stands allowed and Letters of Administration to be issued in accordance with rules. Such Letters of Administration shall have effect throughout the State of Tamilnadu. The petitioners are hereby directed to execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in the name of the Assistant Registrar (Original Side) of this Court. The petitioners are further directed to file an inventory of assets and statement of accounts within a period of six months and one year, respectively. Joint Compromise Memo will form the part and parcel of the Letters of Administration." 11.03.2025
