No.32691/2018 on 17.02.2025. For Petitioner :

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has already filed a suit in the light of the earlier order passed by this Court on 17.02.2025, this petition is not maintainable. The relief as sought for in this writ petition is not maintainable. If the petitioner's grievance is that the suit is not numbered, his remedy lies in seeking appropriate relief available under the law.

2. The writ petition stands closed. There will be no order as to costs.
