This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8398 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week at 10.30.a.m., until further orders and apart from that, he shall appear for every hearing before the trial Court regularly without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8398 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week at 10.30.a.m., until further orders and apart from that, he shall appear for every hearing before the trial Court regularly without fail is relaxed.
