The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 10.05.2025, within the stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that claiming terminal benefits, the petitioner had sent a representation on 25.06.2025 to the respondents. It is contended that there is nothing adverse against the petitioner, in spite of that there is a delay in settling the terminal benefits.

3. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would fairly admits that they will consider the petitioner's above representation dated 25.06.2025 and pass orders according to its own merits and in accordance with law within a reasonable time.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either sides and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In such view of the fair submission made by the learned Special 2/4

Government pleader, without going to the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's above representation dated 25.06.2025 and pass orders, according to its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two ( 2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
