This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur, to expedite the hearing in C.C.No.242 of 2015 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.
