This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 103 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.300 in the above C.R.P.SR.No.60849 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 103 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.300/- in the above CRP.SR.No.60849 of 2023 is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the C.R.P., if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course.
