ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1 / 3

respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by Pazhaniammal, Nallathambi, Thiyagarayamoorthi Perambalur, Gunasekaran and Soundarya Perambalur, summons have been issued to the petitioner and he did not stand up for the enquiry. The summons were issued to the petitioner and instead of appearing before the investigating officer for enquiry/investigation, the petitioner had approached this Court by filing this petition not to harass her.

3. There are no prima-facie materials to show that the respondents are harassing the petitioner without any valid reasons. Therefore, this petition is dismissed and the petitioner is directed to co-operate for the enquiry/investigation.
